·         General Definition: The plant is frequent branched which lenght reaches to 2 m.It turns from white to brown when its roots grow older.The lower side of its long and thin body is xyloid.

  • Used Parts: Branch and foliage
  • Active Ingredients: Its leaves contains 1-2.5% volatile oil . There are 30% of therein and 1,8-cineole, 15-25% camphor, 16-20% borneol, max. 7% bornylacetate.
  • Harvest: The plant is harvested in flowering period or after flowering period, and its flowerind period is summer season.
  • Spreading Area: Marmara, Aegean and Southern Anatolia
