  • General Definition: It is a tree which drops leave in winter and has 20-30 m tall,meaty and smooth body.The gemma is covered with 2-3 sequins and aligned with receptor. The leaves are  8-18 cm as band, sharp edges, sparsely toothed.

  • Active Ingredients: Durable woods are rich in terms of tannin. It contains tannin, gallic acid, inositol, pectin, sugar, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.
  • Harvest: Its production will be done in the autumn that is the the period of maturity of fruits.Production will begin in September and be completed by the end of October..
  • Spreading Area: It grows in  North Anatolia and the Western and Southern Anatolia in Turkey.
